DATED : 20-1-2015 Shri Sahare, the learned Advocate holding for Shri S.S. Sanyal for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire amount as per the impugned Award. Shri S.S. Shingne, the learned Advocate holding for Shri K.S. Narwade for the nonapplicant No.1 submits that the amount deposited by the applicant has been withdrawn by the non-applicant No.1 as permitted by this Court. Shri Sahare, the learned Advocate does not dispute this.

In view of the above, interim order granted by this Court shall continue till the decision of the appeal. The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
