DATED : 06th August, 2019 The appointment of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to the post of Assistant Teacher in private aided school, is under challenge, on the ground that the same are illegal. The petitioner is not the society running school in which the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are appointed. The petitioner is not directly aggrieved. It is not a Public Interest Litigation.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
