This Applification is fled for grant of permission to withdraw the interest amount. In view of settlement, Writ Petition No.1421 of 2009 was disposed of vide order dated 08.07.2021, by permitting the applificant to withdraw the amount deposited by the Employer/NonApplificant. However, at the time of withdrawal, the applificant was allowed to withdraw only prinficipal amount of Rs.15,20,000/- and the interest amount was not paid to the Applificant.
