DATED : 3 0-07-2025 Civil Application No.2696/2025 Applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 5 have filed this application for permitting them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which the learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection to the withdrawal of 75% of the amount out of the said compensation amount.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as the no-objection of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount upon furnishing the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 75% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, to the bank account of the respective applicants in equal proportionate shares as they were joint owners, upon their furnishing an undertaking, as well as bank account details, to the registry.
