DATE : October 12, 2018 Civil Application (CAS) No.887 of 2018 By this application it is prayed that the non-applicants be restrained from disturbing the possession of the applicants over the suit property or from allotting the same to any third party during pendency of the appeal.

In paragraph 4 of the application it has been stated that the applicants are in possession since the year 1966 and continue to be so even today.

Reply has been filed on behalf of the non-applicant No.2. The said assertion has not been denied. Considering the fact that the Second Appeal has been admitted, the parties shall maintain status-quo as of today until disposal of the Second Appeal. No steps be taken for allotting the suit property to any third party in the meanwhile.

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Asmita
