By this petition, the petitioners seek directions to the respondent no.2-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, to decide the proposal dated 26.02.2024 submitted by the petitioners for grant of an approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.3. 3.

Considering the prayers in the petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with directions to the respondent no.2Education Officer (Primary) to decide the proposal submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
