The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the writ petition. By way of this amendment, the petitioner seeks permission to add paragraphs so that to bring subsequent event on record and also seeking amendment in the prayer clauses. As the amendment application is in consonance with the writ petition, it is allowed.
