Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He has brought to out notice the representation dated 29.07.2021. He has also requested that his grievance would be redressed if the directions are given to the authority concerned to decide the said representation in time bound manner.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2-The Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Region, Nagpur, to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2021, within 10 weeks from today.
