The present petition is filed by the petitioner working as Junior College Teacher, who came to be appointed on 04/07/2017 pursuant to an advertisement and by following due process. 2.

Pursuant to the appointment, on 05/06/2022, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 Management and School respectively submitted proposal for grant of approval and the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati i.e the respondent No.1 granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 20/07/2017 i.e. initial appointment. The respondent No.3 also granted permission to include the name of the petitioner in Shalarth ID on 02/01/2024. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite her appointment and subsequent procedure being ordered, the respondent No.5 has failed to take any steps to forward the proposal for monthly salary bills of the petitioner to the Deputy Director of Education, which has resulted in the petitioner being deprived of receiving her salary with effect from April 2023.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and it is his respectful submission that since no proposal is received from the school, the salary is not being paid.

On the earlier date, notice was issued to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 but it is shown to be awaited. However, since the limited relief is sought by the petitioner and since it is not in dispute that the petitioner is presently in service and rendering services, there is no difficulty in issuing directions to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to forward the salary bills of the petitioner to the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amaravti with a copy being forwarded to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati. 6.

We expect that the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, shall disburse the salary of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the receipt of the proposal from respondent No.4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
