Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed :- ii.

The learned appellate Court shall decide the application filed by the petitioners for measurement as early as possible.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file fresh application for temporary injunction if such eventuality arises, after receipt of measurement report, if the same is called. iv.
