DATED : 09-07-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a request to direct the Commissioner to submit report in a time bound manner.

In my view, it should be left to the Commissioner to decide the issue considering the decree to be executed which requires him to consider demarcation/segregation of property for each plaintiff and for each defendant having 2/12th and 1/12th shares each respectively in the suit property. It will not be, therefore, appropriate to make the thing time bound. The Commissioner shall, however, shall submit file report as expeditiously as possible.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in above terms.
