After arguing for some time, Shri O.Y. Kashid, learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, however, requests that the points raised by the petitioners in the application (Exh. No.34) be kept open for consideration by the learned Magistrate while deciding the application filed by the respondent under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.

The request being reasonable, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition. It is clarified that the points raised by the petitioners in the application (Exh. No.34) and in this writ petition are kept open for consideration by the learned Magistrate at appropriate stage. The writ petition is disposed accordingly.
