This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking that extension of time of three months may be granted to the School Tribunal for deciding the appeal. This Court by order dated 04.03.2019 had directed the School Tribunal to decide the question of quantum of back wages payable to the employees within a period of three months.

Extension of time, if any, can be sought by the Tribunal for justifiable reasons, but such a prayer made on behalf of the petitioner cannot be entertained by this Court.

Hence, this application is dismissed.
