Since the petitioner has a remedy to submit the explanation to the show cause notice, we see no reason to cause interference at this stage in the petition.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. 3.

We make it clear that in case if the petitioner demands the documents based on which the show cause notice is issued, we expect of the respondent to make available such documents before passing the order, if any, adverse to the interest of the petitioner. 4.
