Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, the charge-sheet has been filed by the Police. Hence, he wishes to approach the lower court by withdrawing the present application.

The prayer is accepted. Criminal Application No. 578/2015 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for grant of bail before the lower Court. It is made clear that the case of the applicant was not at all heard and considered by this Court on merit.
