Shri P.S. Tembhare, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and Shri N. Bhattad, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3, invite attention to a pursis to urge that the resolution dated 16.07.2014 which forms subject matter of challenge in present petition, has been modified vide Resolution No. 28 dated 08.05.2017 and hence, the grievance is rendered infructuous.

The prayer in the petition appears to be for quashing of that resolution. As the resolution itself has been modified, we grant the petitioner leave to make appropriate representation in relation to the situation emerging after the modification of that resolution.

If such a representation is made within two weeks, respondent Nos. 2 & 3 shall look into it in next four weeks. 5.

With this direction, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
