The applicants have moved Miscellaneous Civil Application for restoration of the writ petition which was rejected by the order passed by the Registrar on 17th April, 2017. There is delay of 34 days in filing the same. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay in taking out the miscellaneous civil application is condoned and the order of the Registrar, dated 17th April, 2017 rejecting the petition for want of compliance with office objections is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file.

Civil Application (CAO) No.1090 of 2017 and Miscellaneous Civil Application (St) No. 11874 of 2017 are allowed accordingly.

The petitioners shall remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected without reference to the Court. JUDGE RRaut..
