It is not in dispute that the controversy involved in the present matter is covered by judgment dated 14.09.2017 in Writ Petition No. 3057/2017. 3.

Approval as Shikshan Sevak has been granted by respondent no.2 Education Officer on 31.08.2012, as Assistant Teacher on 31.03.2015 and it has been cancelled by the very same officer on 07.07.2017.
