Record reveals that, on 12.9.2018, learned Counsel for the applicant sought time of four weeks for want of instructions contending that in spite of communication sent to the applicant, he has not received any reply. The matter was accordingly adjourned to 10.10.2018. On that day, none was present for the applicant. In that view of the matter, same was adjourned for today for passing dismissal order.

Today again, none is present for the applicant. It is, therefore, observed that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting his claim. The application is dismissed in default.
