By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order, dated 31.7.2015 transferring the petitioner from Akola to Zilla Parishad, Anjangaon on deputation. Shri Kakani, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4 states, on the basis of the communication received by the learned Counsel from the Legal Officer of the respondent nos.2 to 4 dated 22.9.2015, that the order transferring the petitioner could be withdrawn and the transfer could be cancelled. The learned Counsel has placed a copy of the communication, dated 22.9.2015 on record.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4, on the basis of instructions, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
