Challenge is to orders passed by First Appellate Court below applications Exh.-18/D and 21/D. By the aforesaid applications, the appellants-plaintiffs intended to seek alternation/modification in the issues and to lead further evidence. The First Appellate Court thought it appropriate to consider the application at the time of final hearing. 3.

That being so and since the applications have been not yet decided and are under consideration before the First Appellate Court, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
