A limited prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of One Step Promotional Pay Scale and incentive allowance under the Government Resolution dated 06/08/2002 to the petitioners. Be that as it may, since there is already internal communication dated 27/01/2025, which is exchanged between the respondent authorities, the Commissioner, Tribal Development Department is directed to act in light of communication dated 27/1/2025, within a period of eight weeks from receipt of this order.
