In short, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he has made an application on 13.08.2021 for allotment of land, the same has not been decided at yet. 3.

Since the issue raised in the petition is innocuous, we direct the respondent authority to decide the application dated 13.08.2021 within a period of eight weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks.

Decision taken by the respondent authority be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
