Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. As such, the application is allowed. Delay in preferring the application for restoration of appeal is hereby condoned. 5.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the paper book is ready and it can be filed within one week. Considering the submission of the learned Advocate for the applicants, the application deserves to be allowed as prayed for. As such, the application is allowed.

After filing of paper book, Registry is directed to restore the appeal to its file.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO. 425 OF 2014 The learned Advocates for the appellants submits that First Appeal Nos. 426/2014 and 427/2014 are arising out of same award and the property is situated in the same village. He, therefore, requested to tag the said appeals along with this appeal.
