This application is for stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 15.01.2020 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional Temporary Court, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1282/2011.

Learned Advocate Mr. Verma, for the appellant submitted that entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest is already deposited. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 15.01.2020 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional Temporary Court, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1282/2011, be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
