DATED : 22/10/2024 The petition questions the communication dated 22/07/2024, withdrawing the financial powers granted to the petitioner on account of a dispute regarding seniority between the petitioner and the respondent No. 5. The learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as of the respondent No. 5, both contend that the impugned order has been passed without affording any opportunity of hearing to either of them. The learned Assistant Government Pleader also does not dispute this proposition, considering which, the impugned order is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is referred back to the respondent No. 1, for deciding the question of grant of financial powers, after hearing both the sides. The petitioner and the respondent No. 5, agree to appear before the respondent No. 1 on 04/11/2024 at 11:00 a.m. without any notice being required to be issued in that regard. The respondent No. 1 shall thereupon proceed to decide the matter within a period of three weeks therefrom.
