Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to him, although the proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 are pending before the Tribunal, neither the proceedings nor the application for vacation of stay has been decided. 3.

Be that as it may, since the proceedings have been pending since 2018, we direct the Tribunal to decide the application, if any, preferred by the petitioner for grant of early hearing, within two weeks from the date of filing such application.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in the above terms.
