Heard Shri Bhelkar, learned counsel for the applicant on this application for condonation of delay. Notices on this application were issued. In pursuance to the said, non-applicants are appeared. Ms. Shamsi Haider, learned AGP is appearing for the non-applicants No.1 and 2 and Ms. Ira Khisti, learned counsel is appearing for the non-applicant No.3. No reply is filed on behalf of any of the non-applicants.

After having gone through the contents of the application, I am satisfied that the claimant, who intends to file the appeal for enhancement of compensation has satisfactorily explained the delay. Resultantly, I pass the following order.
ORDER

The application is allowed.
ii.
The delay is condoned.
