DATE : 3.5.2016 The applicant - appellant seeks leave to file appeal to challenge the judgment passed by the learned Magistrate acquitting the respondent no.1 of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

As the office objections were not removed, the matter was listed before Court on 5th January, 2016 and four weeks time was granted to the applicant - appellant to remove the office objections. Again the matter was listed before Court on 4th February, 2016 as the office objections were not removed and four weeks time was granted. The office objections are not removed and, therefore, the matter is listed again before the Court. None appears for the applicant - appellant.
