Learned counsel for appellant/applicant submits that appeal came to be dismissed for default for non removal of office objection. The office objection was that the deficit Court fee stamp was not paid. Learned counsel submits that the deficit Court fee stamp will be paid within a period of two weeks. In view thereof, the application for condonation of delay and the application for restoration of the appeal is allowed subject to condition of the appellant depositing the deficit Court fee stamp and removing any other office within within a period of two weeks from today.
