Civil Application No.1269/2018 is for condonation of delay of 125 days caused in filing Application St.No.15008/2018 for restoration of appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections by the Registrar on 13.2.2018.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and gone through the contents in the application, I am convinced that delay of 125 caused in filing the application for restoration of the appeal is satisfactorily explained.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the applications stand allowed. Delay of 125 days caused in filing the application for restoration of the appeal is hereby condoned. Order passed by the Registrar on 13.2.2018 refusing registration of the appeal for non-removal of office objections is set aside. The first appeal is restored to its original file. Learned counsel for the applicant to remove .....2/-
