The grievance of the petitioner is that their tribe claim is pending before the respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee for more than one year. 2.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before it.

The petitioners to appear before the respondent No.1-Committee on September 23, 2024.
