DATE :- AUGUST 30, 2022 The petitioner who is a student seeks expeditious consideration of her tribe claim.
On 25.08.2022 the learned Assistant Government Pleader was directed to obtain necessary instructions from the Scrutiny Committee in that regard.
Today, it is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that say of the petitioner on the report of Vigilance Cell is awaited. In that view of the matter the following directions are issued: (i) The petitioner shall remain present before the Scrutiny Committee on 07.09.2022 to enable her to file reply to the report of the Vigilance Cell if its copy has been served on her. (ii) It is directed that within a period of eight weeks from that date, the Scrutiny Committee shall consider the petitioner's tribe claim and take a decision thereon.
(iii) Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move if she requires the validity certificate prior to that period.
The writ petition is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
