It appears that after passing of the award in Lok-Adalat dated 30/04/2023, appellant No.1 died. Therefore, by this application, it is prayed that amount of award be distributed in the name of legal heirs of appellant No.1 as mentioned in the application. 03.

The applicants have made a statement that apart from them, there are no other legal heirs, therefore, the amount falling in the share of appellant No.1 be distributed equally amongst the applicants.
