By this Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of Criminal Application (APL) No. 904/2025 which is dismissed in default on 06.08.2025 for not removing the office objections. For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed and Criminal Application (APL) No. 904/2025 is restored to its original stage, subject to the cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur and compliance be reported to this Court.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant to some extent, when we have shown our disinclination to entertain the Application in view of prima facie allegation in the FIR, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Application.
