Heard learned advocates for both sides.

Considering peculiar set of facts and the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is partly allowed.

The respondent Nos.1 to 5 are entitled for withdrawal of 50% of amount on usual undertaking. 6.

Registry is directed to pay amount in proportion with the final/operative order of the Tribunal. 7.

Civil application is disposed of.
