We have heard Shri Mishra, learned counsel for respondent. Tender process which is under challenge was initiated on 04.07.2016 and petitioner was declared disqualified on 13.07.2016. Writ Petition is filed on 02.08.2016. This Court has issued notice on 04.08.2016. No interim orders are operating in the matter.
