DATED : 09-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, as the appeal was dismissed on 30-04-2024.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, the judgment and order dated 30-04-2024, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to withdraw the said amount. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed. 3.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount of compensation lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, into the bank account of the applicant, within four weeks, upon his furnishing the bank account details to the registry.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
