Shri A.M.Joshi, learned counsel for respondent no.5 states that Justice S. Ravi Kumar has been appointed as a Chair-person of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai and has been requested to assume the charge of the said post as early as possible.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the Writ Petition. It is, however, made clear that the interim protection granted earlier by this Court, shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from the date the learned Chair-person assumes the charge.
