The learned AGP for the Respondents seeks time to verify whether there is any impediment in complying with the order passed by the Tahsildar. If there is no impediment, the concerned Inspector of Police will proceed to take necessary steps as per the order passed by the Tahsildar without waiting for the further orders from this Court. If there is any impediment to comply with the order, an affidavit-in-reply be filed. 4.

Stand over to 28 January 2021."

The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Respondents have examined the position and have released the vehicle of the Petitioners. Present Petitions do not survive in view of the further subsequent development.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn as prayed.
