By this application, the respondent No.1/Claimant has sought permission for withdrawal of remaining decretal amount along with accrued interest.

It is submitted that the First Appeal filed by the State has already dismissed vide order dated 21/09/2021. There is no challenge in this appeal. Therefore, there is no impediment for allowing the present application. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed.

The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the balance amount along with accrued interest, which is deposited by the appellant.

Registry to take necessary steps in this matter. The civil application is disposed of.
