Heard Shri Anandani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri N.R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5/State.

After hearing the matter for some time, when the Court is not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Tahsildar with an appropriate representation.

Leave is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Tahsildar, subject to guidelines which are statutorily permissible in respect of election and the preparation of final voter list and keeping all questions open. JUDGE JUDGE R.S. Sahare
