The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the challenge raised in this petition may not survive, as subsequent to the issuance of summons, the statement of the petitioner has been recorded.

However, while disposing of the petition, we observe that considering the age of the petitioner and the current situation of the Pandemic, as far as practicable and feasible, if the attendance of the Petitioner is sought for by the Respondent Authority, it be at Nagpur instead of Mumbai.
