This Court was not inclined to grant bail.

2] The learned counsel Shri Mahesh Rai, seeks to withdraw the application. However, he submits that although the accused is behind bar since last one year, even the charge is not framed.

3] The learned Trial Court is directed to frame charge and to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible. 4] If there is no significant progress or development in the trial in the coming six months the applicant shall be at liberty to apply for bail on the ground of delay in trial. JUDGE NSN
