The appellant has deposited the amount as per the Award with the Registry of this Court. Considering the facts of the case, prima facie, I am not satisfied that the appellant has made out case for grant of interim order. The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall disburse and take steps for depositing the amount as per the impugned Award. The disbursement of the amount as per the Award shall be subject to giving of undertaking

2 fa1177.13 by the claimants that in case the appeal is allowed, they shall redeposit the amount or reimburse it to the appellant as would be directed by this Court. The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
