DATE : 08.06.2016 Shri Karode, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that after the matter was worked out on 8.8.2014 and the interim order was passed, the petitioner has not contacted the Counsel despite the efforts made by the Counsel. It is stated that in the absence of any instructions from the petitioner it would not be proper to work out the matter. It is stated that the Counsel is not aware about the subsequent developments. It is stated that an appropriate order may be passed, as it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
