Civil Application No.1572 of 2017 is for condonation of delay, whilst Civil Application No.1573 of 2017 is for setting aside the abatement and Civil Application No.1574 of 2017 is for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. The delay is explained in the Civil Application, particularly in paragraph No.2 of Civil Application No.1572 of 2017. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned, the abatement is set aside and legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, whose names are mentioned in paragraph No.2 of Civil application No.1574 of 2017, are permitted to be brought on record as petitioners in place and stead of the original petitioner.

All Civil Applications are disposed of in the above terms.
