DATED : 15-07-2025 Applicants/respondents No. 1 to 5 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw 75% of the amount out of the amount of Rs. 59,75,585/- deposited by the appellant in the Court, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the no objection given by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the application is allowed. The applicants/ respondents No. 1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount, i.e., Rs. 59,75,585/, upon furnishing their usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J). 3.

On the applicants/ respondent Nos. 1 to 5 furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details, the Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount as per the award, within four weeks, into the bank accounts of the respective applicants. 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
