DATED : 3-2 -202 By way of present application, the petitioner wanted to bring subsequent events on record, which does not change the nature of the petition, and the respondents will have right to file reply to the amended portion of the petition. Accordingly, the application for amendment is allowed.

By the present application, the petitioner prayed for issuance of directions against the respondents to accept salary bills in respect of the petitioner as well as employees of respondent no. 4 - Shri Vidhya Girls High School Satgaon (Sakritola), Tahasil Salekasa, District Gondia.

The petitioner stated that earlier, respondent no. 2 did not accept the salary bills, but subsequently, respondent no. 2 accepted salary bills of the entire staff of respondent no. 4. Therefore, cause of action in the present application does not survive, hence, it is disposed of.
