The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent No.9 by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit to that effect and also remove office objections, if any, by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit Rupees Five Hundred towards costs, to the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. Civil application is disposed of.
